Im pretty disappointed in my experience. But my fault for calling the biggest company in San Diego to come into my home without getting other opinions. I paid them $2000 to get an old furnace up and working that shouldve been replaced from the beginning. And itll be another $1500 to replace another fragile drain part. Of course theyll take the $2000 towards a new furnace, however- every other estimate Ive gotten is about half of what theyve told me itll be replace what I have.
Do yourself a favor call around get some estimates, I wouldve rather been cold for a few more days than waste $2000. If anyone needs a new motor or fan, let me know.

Thomas and Jacob came to our home to install an HVAC system and we have never met more dedicated people to their jobs than Thomas and Jacob. Trustworthy, kind professional, and going the extra mile to make sure that people have what they need for heat and air-conditioning inside their home. Installing and removing an HVAC system is incredibly tedious especially when youre working against gravity with heavy equipment that is also very large in size. Thomas and Jacob did an excellent job and it was a pleasure to meet them and have them in my home. You need to give your HVAC guys and gals a raise!

Best price and service. Would definitely use Mauzy again! Also , Robert was very professional and thorough. He found a simple problem that kept our thermostat from functioning and fixed it saving us money . He presented us w some options but was not pushy . Stellar service and value!
