The Law Office of Rebekah Tyrell Hill rewrote my trust after spotting a huge error in my original 2010 trust.
Recently, I had paid an attorney to update my trust but she did not review it. Attorney Hill recommended reviewing it because it had been 14 years since it had been written. If your trust is several years old it needs to be reviewed, a lot can change and you may not understand the terms.
When I discussed my trust with Rebekah Tyrell Hill, she asked if I understood the actual terms of the trust. (No one had asked before.) It turned out I did not! She found a huge mistake in intent in my original trust. If my husband or I had passed away, NONE of our co-owned property could have been sold by the surviving spouse. That error could have caused many years with no financial control and potentially a lot of insecurity.
