The representative at one main processed My payment earlier than I had agreed to and before my due date. Causing me fees with my bank. And the manager refused to reimburse me even though they admitted it was their mistake

Very poor customer service. Reps need work on follow up and also providing transperancy. Take my word for it, do some shopping around or do your due diligence before you work with this branch. Customer support is everything in my opinion and when a company lacks that, it makes for a horrible experience.
