I've been going to El Cajon White Dragon for almost 2 years now and it's been awesome! Group classes, private lessons, grappling and tai chi are all engaging with professional instructors. The atmosphere is exactly what you need if you are trying to build a skill: supportive, inclusive, challenging and fun! It's important to me to address another reviewer's complaint about getting "attitude"; while I understand and truly respect that we all have different ways of perceiving the people around us, I have seen the instructors handle full group classes of people of every age and all walks of life - from seniors to wiggly little kiddos - and never once have I witnessed a bad attitude from an instructor, seriously. They are professionals and if you are considering taking Kung Fu, I highly recommend this business. You will find an opportunity to experience the good kind of challenging and undoubtedly make some friends in the process- it just depends on the attitude you bring.
