Hi Jose, none of our employees are paid commission, nor do we charge "thicker metal at a higher price than what you ordered." If you were under this impression, we would have encouraged you to bring your receipt in so we could review what you ordered, the first time. We would have absolutely remedied this issue if you were rung up incorrectly. Perhaps you could address this directly with us so we can make whatever issue right... clearly there's a misunderstanding if it's happened twice. We're diligent and structured in our pricing, and it's fair and competitive. You are more than welcome to call me direct with any concerns; I will be a far better resource for your feedback than Google reviews and I can certainly review any issue you may have experienced.
