Today I received the keys to my new home. I want to thank Naithen for all his help. He was patient, conscious, knowledgeable and we came in way under budget. After the sale was complete I searched for other homes comparable to mine and at the price I paid.There were none. Everything was more than my original budget. Naithen also recommended a contractor who has done work for him in the past. With the extra money I can remodel parts of the home. My whole family is excited and thrilled. Nait was incredible. Navigating the difficulties of dealing with, not only myself as a first time homebuyer, but as someone deployed overseas, Nait was there every step of the way. Thorough, thoughtful, and deliberate. Nait found the exact type of condo I was looking for and we were able to break through the negotiations quickly, all while I was still in Japan. What would normally be a stressful process was made simple by him and his effort. Nait was amazing to work with. Our son was stationed overseas and was moving stateside and Nait went above and beyond to help him find a condo that best fit his needs. He worked hard for our son.
