Paige was amazing to work with on a house we just purchased in San Diego. I was not working at the time so we were relying on my wife's income to get us the mortgage. Paige has great relationships with the banks and mortgage companies and he knows what will get accepted and what wont. His advice on rates and when/where to lock was super helpful. Yes you pay a fee for a mortgage broker but I think in this case we will make that back and then some. Thank you Paige.

My fiance and I were trying to buy our first home and didn't really have any clue on where to start or what we were doing but Paige was amazing! We were first time home buyers and had no idea about anything at that process,  literally!)) My friend recommended to reach out to Paige Sturgeon at Granite Mortgage.  And I can't be happier that I did! Paige is very professional and patient,  he was answering all my stupid questions without making me feel stupid  ))) He went through the process with me theoretically so that I understood what's going on and what we need to get our desired home. He and my realtor made this beautiful team and helped me out making all of this complicated process look so easy! I appreciate him so much.I highly recommend Paige Sturgeon. I would never consider doing business with anyone other than Paige. So much knowledge and integrity. If you're in the market for a trustworthy mortgage broker, your search is over. He's the best.
