L.A. Nails & Spa

I have been doing pedicures for over 15 years with good specialists, but now we have moved to a new city and a new house and therefore I have not had a pedicure for two months now, as I am looking for a good master. I was very disappointed in this salon. They did it very quickly and very badly on 6 fingers; the cuticle was not removed at all (seen in the photo). The heels were poorly treated and they said that they needed to come to them several more times to remove the roughness. I have always had this problem with my heels and a good specialist has always fixed it. I am extremely disappointed.

Wish I could give no stars. I made an appointment with Mary for this past Thursday, but when I came in for my appointment was told that there was nobody to do my nails, so I came back today to be told that Mary was going to be out for awhile due to an emergency which was understandable. I then asked the employee that informed me that Mary would be out for awhile would she be available around 7 and she rudely said no I have clients all day. She could have attempted to book me an appointment but instead said bye when I said ok thank you. When I get my nails done I typically give a healthy tip being that I know how hard times are nowadays and these ladies at these nail salons put in lots of hours and hard work. I also typically go to my own nail person in which she does my nail beautifully however, does not do designs and I was referred to this nail salon by a co-worker. I rather not have any designs than ever give my hard working money to individuals that are this rude and dismissive. Their loss not mine!

Love this Nail Salon and Spa. Have been going to Mary for 5 years for Mani and Pedis. She is the best, beautiful designs all hand painted.

If it was possible to leave an absolute zero i honestly would. I came into the shop on a Saturday. By Monday night the Gel polish had cracked chipped nd completely split not only on one nail but TWO!!!. I called the next morning to let them know I needed it fixed they told me they were completely booked nd would be able to see me til the following day which was Wednesday. My husband wasnt havent it we paid 110 for a fill nd basic pedicure with gel polish. We ended up going that same day to see 3 nail techs just chilling on their phones. Today is now Thursday nd that index finger nail that was fixed on Tuesday is now cracked nd starting to separate. The first two pictures are from Tuesday morning after being told they couldnt see me til Wednesday. The third picture was from this morning.
