Easy to schedule appointment online for my 2019 Forester. It was a routine service and no additional issues were identified. Waited at the dealership and service was completed within the estimated time.

Their website never works and no one ever answers the phone. I had to go into the actual dealership to schedule an oil change. At the dealership, their customer service was horrible, no one was helpful and they suggested I go to another dealership.
