        The truck pictured was driving erratically on the 15 southbound at 5:00 today. As he drove between Fallbrook and the Deer Spring exit he crossed the line multiple times, ran a car onto the shoulder, nearly sideswiped 4 cars, and resulted in multiple near miss car accidents. As we drove past the truck was clearly labeled 15. We saw the driver very clearly holding his phone in his right hand and he was looking down at his cell phone, resulting in this erratic, distracted driving. Put the phone down before you kill sometime!
