Love this store, but the customer service sucks! Every time we need help, there is no one around! When they see us coming to ask for help, it seems or they act as if they are really busy. When we do ask for help, they don't know where things are or don't have sufficient knowledge about the products. And, they leave you waiting for a long time while they go looking for someone that may know! This hadn't changed through the years. If you have time, walk around the store to see where items are and try to gain some knowledge of it! Approach customers and ask if you may be of service. Let them know that you will try to get them the info that is needed! In this day and age, we all carry a cell phone. Google it! Be useful, patient, and courteous! Hope the Atchison gets better! I do not want to see this business go under.
