The service tech, Gerardo, was very professional. He explained everything very well. He pointed out some potential issues with my HVAC unit and I opted to have him address those, as well as the plugged drain line he was here to fix. Great tech, I decided to purchase their maintenance plan solely based on my encounter with Gerardo. I would recommend this company.
