The he apartments im in are in bad shape they dont fix anything . iv been trying to get a matter fixed for 3 months now. Nuthing but run around. To make matters worse the office has been evacuated and is permanently closing this monday the 24th. We haven’t gotten any notice of any time. He just vanished and is supposedly moving away. This little info i got was only because we know it he secretary for a few years. Who gets laid off Monday. Hes good to ask for the rent but nothing els.

I called multiple times 3 to be exact in a two week period went in person twice always the same thing nobody ever call me back they always ask for my info and called back number the two times I walked in they were always on a meeting

If your thinking about renting with them please make sure the apartment your interested in is in top notch because if it needs fixing or anything these people will take their take to help you ! And if you keep bugging, Allison or Alice (not the lawyer) one of the workers gives you lip and makes it hard to get things done for you. (she was rude to my son who has adhd too she’s such a b. )I don’t understand how Childers tryed to run for iid director or whatever and he can’t even provide for the apartments he’s got !!! I got roaches in my apartment from a dirty neighbor and they don’t do much to help me it’s draining to the point where I have to move out !! These people try to take advantage of the fact that they are lawyers and try to f you over !

Horrible effort on their part as far as the legal work goes, they settled without much input from the 84yr old Plaintiff. The settlement only covered a portion of the medical liens the Attorney and paralegals tricked her into signing. They then began avoiding her phone calls and setting future appointments that were always eventually rescheduled by them. This place may be a good place for someone but they will take advantage if they see any signs of weakness. Avoid if possible.
