        I usually have a good visit every time I go, this time the Nurse Assistant Amy was very sarcastic and disappointing. Every question I asked was responded with a sarcastic answer. She made me feel so uncomfortable during my visit. The rest of the staff was amazing. Do not recommend getting help from Ana. I have called to make a formal complaint but now Im waiting for a call back from the office manager.

        Always nice!! Helped me with contraceptives and gave me my positive test on my baby boy They also help with prenatal care!

        I have been contacting them for over 2 in a half months almost 3 months now! Regarding billing and yet no one has called me back or answered the call.. Ive been put on hold so many times for hours at a time. Still nothing .

        When in office service is quick and great, but having no way to contact the office directly is very frustrating. Calling the number takes you to a corporate line and you will be on hold for hours being transferred from one department to another.
