Rooms: awful! I do not recommend staying in this hotel, it is disgusting and full of cockroaches, there are not enough towels in the bathroom, it was flooded and full of hair, there is not enough hot water to run out of the hotel.

Rooms: We checked first in room that was not even cleaned, it seemed housekeeper forgot to clean it! The second-room, A/C is so noisy we have to wake in the middle of the night to turn A/C on/off!

Thank you for your feedback, we greatly appreciate it. We are working on handling some of what you mentioned. We rarely have any issues with the hot water, and we have plenty of towel and we are happy to give replacement towels when you either turn them in or if housekeeping is there, they again are happy to give you replacement towels, we also have an exterminator that comes to our hotel and handle any and all issues. However we do understand that we are not the hotel for you and we wish you the best in finding a hotel more suitable to your needs.

Thank you for your feedback, we greatly appreciate it, we have been in the industry for a very long time and it is not that the houskeeping staff forgot, as we have steps, lists and checks put in place to ensure that this is all handled, it perhaps might have been that the front desk rented the room that was not yet cleaned. It would be a mistake and while it rarely happens, no one is perfect, we do not rent out any rooms unless they are cleaned. We do have the "In Wall" units at our property and they work efficiently but they are not completely quiet. We are happy to hear that you turned it off and were able to sleep. We are sorry to hear that you did not have a great stay and wish you the best in your future travels.
