This b I just got off the phone trying to get a simple quote for a magnetic sign gave her all my information but did not want to give her my email because I dont want junk mail so she refused to give me a quote and plenty of attitude, I would not advise anybody to do business with them. That is ridiculous. You have my phone number. What is the big deal about getting a simple price?

Everyone at SignFactory was really nice and effective. I had what I wanted in my mind and they were able to make everything a reality. I didn't know what they could do until now and I must say I won't go anywhere else. Please walk into my office so that you can see their awesome work from my 4 signs outside to posters, wall graphics, business cards and much more. Awesome job SignFactory.

Melissa in customer service/designer is very friendly but horibble at providing updates. Mario the owner requires full payment up front in order to put you on schedule then takes weeks to provide installation date as wells as installation. I can understand requiring 50% up front but full payment specially how inefficient they are? Mario if you will charging up front and top dollar for your service, I would most certaintley expect you run your company like a top dollar company. Our business definitely will not be returning to the Sign Factory!
