Mary was very knowledgeable, friendly, kind and understanding. She went above and beyond to explain all the treatments, their cost and financing options. Definitely would recommend!

the office staff "jenn & Selene" I highly recommend they get some training on customer service, instead of arguing with someone who's having a dental emergency and must have their wisdom teeth pulled. Theyre quick to argue Infront of other customers instead of trying to get a resolution I even said I was going to pay out of pocket after they told me my insurance isn't covered by their doctor even tho two days prior to the appointment the staff was so quick to allow my insurance to make that office my primary dental office which now I have to request a different dentist since they no longer are contracted. If they are what represents western dental management and office staff I highly RECOMMEND YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!! the staff behind the desk are just badly trained.

Rescheduled over the phone, gave insurance information and was told they would verify. Went in office and they said their office does not accept my insurance and I wasted my time. Please be more transparent between workers and be more organized.
