After being helped by Marilyn, I thought the service was great and this location was so convenient as well! Once I got my bill at the end of the month of $600, at the time of opening i got a new phone for my mom and an apple watch for my wife. When getting the new items I noticed the watch was under a "Motorola " phone instead of a watch/accessory and i was reassured by her that its just a system hiccup for it being brand new. After seeing my bill i reached out to the customer service and was helped by Bryan and he said my account was a "Mess" and "Us as ATT arent doing our job the way this was done" Turns out Marilyn opened ENTIRE new plans so she could get personal credits i assume for her role. This is the reason for such an entire high bill, she opened 2 new plans (Not lines, actual plans) for each device and recorded the apple watch as a motorola phone. Bryan cleaned everything up for me and got back $300 on my statement. If you NEED to come to this location i would avoid Marilyn at all costs. Need less to say i shouldve went to the Crenshaw location in Torrance. It had me confused as to why this location was not showing up in the google maps. Please check your accounts before leaving because of the lack of consideration of Marilyn she was fine with me paying 500-600 a month so the practices here are malum in se

Im sure this is a five star establishment, but Ill never know. This location is closed on Sundays. Please update Google info, thanks.

Went in for adding another line to my account. Wasn't busy, was in and out in 15 minutes. Great service.

Very helpful. Even trying to get fiber run to my house because my neighbors have it, despite not being in their computer system. I love people who are willing to do more than their computer tells them to do.
