Before assisting to a family event, my husband went to this location to cover his hair cut, last minute. From the begging to the end, a good experience. Easy to check in the kiosk once you are in the shop. Located 5 minutes away from LAX airport. There are plenty restaurants around in case you need to grab a bite. The shop looks clean and organized. Our hairdresser was Tammy (from India), great service and funny. She did her excellent cut in about 15 minutes. Definitely recommend this location.

Called to let them know I would be there at 7:40pm (was having trouble with the online tool) and got turned away by the assistant manager due to "cleaning". Even though I was asking for a cut in business hours and offered to tip the whole staff, she reiterated that is wasn't possible. Had I not called, or had the online tool worked, would you have turned me away at the door?
