        Hotel was completely fine, NOW their shuttle service is a disaster and their dispatch and drivers are completely rude. Took over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport and they wanted to blame traffic yet we saw the same shuttle and drivers of other shuttles go by 2-3 times. Will not be staying at this hotel again purely because of their shuttle service.

        Arrived late on a Thursday night and even though we did have to wait a bit for the shuttle, the driver was helpful and friendly. One of the only drivers we saw getting out to assist guest with luggage. Upon arrival, Stephan was super friendly and fast with our check in. We were pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded (our first time with this chain) to a suite. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The next morning, Jordan was a pleasure with helping us organize accommodations. The public transport is at the door and very user friendly. One 6 minute walk up the block took us to restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store. The area, even being somewhat industrial was quiet and calm. The hotel is well maintained, clean and animal friendly. I would stay again. Rooms: Rooms were spacious, clean and provided all you need. Coffee maker, fridge and good tv. Washroom had hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body was and lotion. Walkability: Restaurants, pharmacy, groceries in a 6 minute walk. Noteworthy details: Staff were so friendly and helpful. We didnt have a lot of question but they did all to answer our needs.

        This time my experience was different. I arrived about 7pm to Nobody at the front desk. I walked to the left and right. Had to say Hello out loud before anyone showed up. Then as I gave my name for check-in the lady said she didn't see any Reservation for me. She asked me was I at the right location? I showed my Confirmation through the app and E-mail. She had to make me a New Reservation after all that. I had already used my card an gave my info on the app. To be charged at the desk. Even though the front lady was being helpful, it was frustrating an consumed time.
