I have been managing rental properties for years, and I am very impressed with Sylvia and her team.  Ashley has been my contact and has been helping me arrange insurance for many of my clients and their properties for over three years now.  She covers apartments and single family rental properties.  I recommend Sylvia and her team, and if you call ask for Ashley.  She is a big help and very professional.

The WORST SERVICE  !!! I had my homeowners policy with this location for about 3 years.  I had never meet the owner, Sylvia  and thought I would stop by to go over my policy.  We have a townhouse in El Segundo and the price of our policy went up 20%. When I asked them about this, they referred me to a Ashley.  Sylvia called her and I asked Ashley why my policy went up !! Ashley's  response was that Farmers reevaluating all properties and they found out that some were over 80 years old !! I told Ashley that my property was on 27 yrs old . She rambled on about this and It was a very uneasy conversation.  I called a,different Farmers and told them and they never heard of such a thing. I would of thought at least the owner of this office would have a answer for this instead of referring this to Ashley.  Then when I asked about my insurance for water damage it seems like Im really not covered.  Lots of fine print !! Please read and ask about this if you have a,policy with Farmers.
