I came in for a first time evaluation and teeth extraction. Veronica, my care coordinator, was kind and attentive to my concerns. Dr. Ho arrived to introduce himself. Unfortunately, Dr. Victor Ho was arrogant and rude. He gave me rushed answers and invalidated my concerns about my teeth, shortly leaving the room. When he came back to start the procedure, while applying the local numbing, him and another assistant were chatting about other patients issues and what was left in the books for the day. I was feeling nervous about my procedure, mainly because of the coldness of Dr. Ho; and felt it was unprofessional to discuss other issues as treating me. I felt even more nervous. After the procedure was completed, he left the room, without any acknowledgement, and never came back. I will not recommend this place based on my experience with Dr. Victor Ho.

I was terrified but I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed here (along with sedation). After my surgery, I couldnt believe that I didnt have any pain only a bit of discomfort that didnt last long at all. This office gives you medication and all the tools you need to heal properly. I have nothing but good to say about my experience with SCOMSA. Victor Ho and his staff make coming here a pleasure. I have not waited more than 5 - 10 minutes to be called the three times I've visited so far. The staff is as friendly as can be and both my tooth extraction and today's X - ray were completed without delay. Dr. Ho is great at explaining all you'll want and need to know about the procedure(s) to be done. Highly recommended.

I really dont make public comments, but when I experience 5 stars services, I must , Dr.Cheung , Veronica and all the team at Southern California Oral surgery are the BEST in their fields, FIVE STARS ALL AROUND from the front Desk to the Surgery Room, I like to thank them for the professionalism they gave me and most of all the COMFORT , I was so nervous but they made it so easy for me to feel comfortable. Once again Thank you Dr.Cheung , Veronica and the Team !!!!!!

The office staff is very nice and efficient. Dr. Cheung is extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to and quite a charming and fun person. But what really impressed me is that he and the nurses were very gentle and comforting during the surgery, which was a complete success!!
