I engaged in TriWest's "Presale" process after being referred by a friend who bought one of their homes. I had pretty strict criteria/location that I was looking for in East Manhattan Beach, and I was shocked to find 3 different homes they had under construction I had fallen in love with! It was tough to choose, but I ended up going with a beautiful modern farmhouse on 9th Street. They let me pick/choose all the finishes and exterior siding, and Andrew/Nina/Kayla were so helpful throughout the process! Would definitely recommend TriWest to anybody looking to custom-build their home!

TriWest sold me a beautiful TIC (tenants-in-common) unit in Echo Park that was the opportunity of a lifetime for me! I'm 29, have only $70k in savings, and can't afford any homes or condos in LA. The Echo Park bungalow they sold me as a TIC allowed me to enter home-ownership at a fraction of the cost, while getting to live in a beautiful 1922 craftsman home and a garage! Love the renovation job they did, would refer to anyone at a similar age looking to buy a place in LA but feeling left behind by inflation

TriWest built my beautiful home by the Beach in Santa Monica and I can not say enough how much I love their work! every day I wake up feeling #blessed because of their ability to provide housing at low costs to millennials!
