        I had the worst experience with Mia. I requested to work with Mia based on the reviews and comments. Don't trust the comments. Mia was not responsive at all. I requested a video chat, but never got one. She only called me once to say she can't do a video chat. Stated she will review my info and get back to me. Didn't hear anything for two weeks. I called, and another person mentioned Mia will submit my info. Mia finally gets back to me saying I owe the state money with no explanation or clarification. I requested a few times to hop on a call so she can explain and go over the information but I got no response. I reached out through email, H&R portal, and I called again. Not once did Mia get back to me. After a few more weeks of no response from Mia, I ended up working with another company and the experience was way better. They literally did my taxes in less than 2 hours. If you're gonna work with H&R, I do not recommend Mia. She was of no help.
