On Tuesday afternoon I walked into the Bloom Room for the first time, less than 2 hours before closing and was warmly greeted by Alex. I was praying I could get a wedding bouquet and a corsage for my ceremony at the LH City Hall the next morning at 10 am. He told me not to worry that he could make it happen. My Brides eyes teared up after seeing how beautiful it was. Great job Alex! You're the Best!!

I had to order a sympathy arrangement last minute and Alex was extremely helpful, walking me through every step of the process. He was very patient with all my questions and was very accommodating with my requests. Alex's excellent customer service and attention to detail really made what would have otherwise been a very stressful process much easier. Alex has gone over and beyond and I look forward to using Bloom Room again and recommending to everyone I know!
