It's not often one receives such amazing service! Luke made us feel as if we were his most important customer. He made it so easy for us to manage our insurance needs and never asked for policy details - he always knew who we were and what we needed. We are moving out of State and I wish we could take Luke and his services with us! Exceptional service!

Saundra Bennett has been great. I asked her for so many quotes as the real estate market up here in Placerville Ca. is extremely competitive for a buyer right now. Saundra was more than just accommodating. I would send her a list of addresses and she would within a very short period of time send me the information I needed to make sure I was staying within my personal budget guidelines. I had gone to others to get quotes but Saundra was the fastest, friendliest and,  seemed  to never be put off in any way by my requests. She kept her positive attitude and perseverance wishing me her best until the very end when I went to her them for insurance for the obvious reasons of price, friendliness and truly just the best all around experience . The staff at Luke's are great. They are responsive, professional and easy to get a hold of any time I have questions or need something. Working with them was easy and Saundra was super helpful. Highly recommend.
