Tey is such a pleasure to work with! She was so helpful when we started working with her to figure out home and earthquake insurance. I really appreciate her quick responses to emails/calls, it made the process so smooth and easy.

I am towards the end of escrow on purchasing my home. There was a long 60-day escrow. Throughout this time, I had trouble with getting assistance from Farmers each and every time I needed documents for my lender. I was assigned an agent at one point who I shall not name, and she didn't want to help me. She referred me back to the general customer service number. I was reluctant to change because as I mentioned, I was in escrow, and the lender and escrow company already had all the documentation they needed, and payments were already figured out. This week I needed to verify the insurance, and again, was sent back and forth between agents at Farmers; that was until I was assigned to Tey Garcia. She is super responsive and professional. She sent all the documentation the escrow company requested in a very timely manner. Very responsive to my emails! As I told her in an email, she has saved Farmers Insurance, at least in my eyes. I will stick with Farmers for a while and see how it works out overall, but a big thanks to Tey, who saved the day.
