Kudos to the Ergeon team for the fantastic job they did on our white vinyl fence! They were super professional and skilled throughout the process. The old fence was demolished cleanly, and they quickly put up the new one, which fits perfectly within the 35 foot section. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and efficient. Overall, we're thrilled with the result and would happily recommend Ergeon to anyone in need of fence installation. Thank you!

Ergeon has made excellent use of technology. Upon requesting a quote, I received a response right away and scheduled a video call with a real person :-) Alan patiently walked me through the Google video setup on my phone and I was able to show him the entire fence and gates. We could discuss details as if he were here in person. Within a few short hours, I received a very detailed quote that broke out each portion, so my neighbor could understand it, too. We've had to put our project on hold, but the pricing was the best of 3 quotes received. The prompt customer service and excellent written and verbal communications tells me that this level of service would continue throughout the project. I will definitely contact Alan again when we're ready to move forward!

Unfortunately, my work needed is out of the geographical area that Ergeon supports, however, when I spoke to Alberto he still provided me with options for my needs even though Ergeon could not do the work. I greatly appreciate that kind of service and support. Thanks, Alberto!
