It was a long, difficult, and stressful process. But worth it!!! We waited 4 years, but we were told it was because we gender selected for a girl. Our experience overall was excellent. We had a great experience working with them.

We were with this agency for years and got little to no attention and support. We only got shown one prospective birth mom, only to find out later she decided to keep the baby. Spent so much money to not end up with a baby in the end. :(

ANLC is a great private adoption agency to work with. We have 2 biological sons & felt we were still missing a piece to our family puzzle, so we decided to adopt a baby girl. ANLC was accommodating to our request & were an absolute pleasure to work with. Everyone that was assigned to us throughout our journey was wonderful & very caring through every step. We were matched with the perfect birth family & we thank God every day for our new blessing.

The team at ANLC welcomed me with open arms, which is saying a lot given that most agencies won't work with people like me who are working their butts off to become a single parent through adoption. From the first exploratory call to my official onboarding, and through the actual adoption of my baby girl, everyone was professional, well educated, and lovely to work with. Quite a few team members who weren't working on my case even sent me welcome emails and provided their contact info in case I ever needed them. My adoption ended up being incredibly fast and the ANLC team handled everything perfectly. One key reason I chose ANLC is that I believed they provided the best birth parent support and I wasn't wrong! They proved that they excel in that way through their interactions during my adoption process. I couldn't be happier with my decision to work with ANLC!

ANLC helped make our dreams of being parents come true! We are now parents to a beautiful baby girl. They made us feel comfortable with the process even during these challenging times. Everyone was always available whenever we had questions. Were glad we kept our profile active!
