I have to admit, Valorem Lending, really surprised me with their dedication to making sure youre satisfied.. I was/am being assisted by someone named Andrew and this guy is amazing!! Call him whenever, text him whenever and no matter what he ALWAYS responds and has an answer.. Andrew was there with me every step of the way and I highly recommend this company to ANYONE!!!

We had Miles through out our process and I think he did an amazing job. We started off with another company at first but the representative would never call us back. A few days of messages that I left went to a week of no response from the other company. Low and behold Miles calls and is attentive and patient. He was very informative and friendly. He called at least once a week to make sure we understood everything and all the steps. Thank you so much because the prior company who had our loan botched our escrow completely but this new loan has seemed to be the fix we needed.
