        By far the best place in the Mission Viejo area to rent a U-haul truck. All the others are small run down facilities with serious parking issues. If you need a short term rental and a place to leave your vehicle for a few hours this is the spot.

        I rent it equivalent from Uhaul a lot but this location manager has horrible customer service. There were four staff members in the parking lot and Only one of them came inside to help four different customers. I waited 30 minutes to attend even though I was the second one online.

        Most people coming here are already stressed out with their moves, etc. so the very least they can do is be active listeners to their customers. A gentleman with glasses (and foil wrapped around his shoe.. super professional) was completely dismissive and texting on his phone when we needed assistance with an urgent matter. U-Haul on its own was ok. The customer service though, lacking.
