On 8/11/23 my wife and I got a massage and it was the worst experience ever. The guy with curly hair had a bad attitude and no manners whats so ever. It looks like they are just learning to give a massage. Now Thunder Valley might be pricey but they give good massages and are respectful and have great manners.

How do I start. Started off with a foot and body massge. Upon arrival I laid down and was feeling good, the gentle, gentlemen massaged my neck and I immediately started feeling relaxed until I felt a towel snatched from underneath my head. I look up and saw another masseuse,. She immediately started rubbing my neck in the most hard, fast and painful way. She asked if I was okay, I was like no, it doesn't feel good. I really wanted to jump off the table but I said let me give this experience a try. Moving on she was rough and abrupted, than she got up and put on some blue gloves when it got to the feel. Have you ever had a massage with plastic rubber gloves? The phone kept ringing, she answered it, than ran to open the door.. the final straw was when she picked up both of my legs and dropped my ankles on the hardwood bench, IT HURT SO BAD. I had to stop the maddness, so I said, I had enough and this women had the nerve to hand me a letter for a tip. Smh! Save your money, spend a little bit more and save yourself.

Absolutely the worst massage I've ever had. Tao did my 90 min deep tissue and hot stone massage. He spent a ton of time driving his elbow into my shoulders. The remaining time was spent squeezing my skin (not massaging) me mostly one-handed, like a distracted teenager, while on her phone with the other hand. 8 minutes of it was spent out of the room to wash and clean the hot stones and heat up a washcloth. He had more hands on the chair that he banged around the tiny room than he did on me in the entire 90 minutes. Explained this to the front desk gal I figured was the owner or manager and got the answer of "oh next time we don't give you him." no concern or desire to earn my business back again. Don't go here. Spend the $40 more and go to a real massage spa.
