        The staff here are absolutely amazing! I had a very important event to attend to and at the time was pretty short on money the staff not only assisted me in finding a stylish outfit to attend this event but also helped me save some cash. Management was kind, courteous, and respectful yet managed to exemplify a high level of professionalism throughout the encounter. I would definitely recommend that anyone looking to find a fashionable look with great service come to this location.

        I rarely shop at Express but occasionally when I'm at Bay Street, I swing by this location. The past 5 years I've lived in Emeryville, I encounter a middle-age lady that works here who reminds me why I don't shop at this store. She's super rude.
