Blake is a wealth of knowledge and so easy to understand. I never thought about securing legal docs for my adult daughters in case something happened to them. Blake fully explained the importance of having the right documents in order, and then helped me with legal planning papers for my adult daughter (POA, HIPAA, health care directive) before she got married and moved out of state. It gave me great mom peace of mind knowing that if something happened to my girl Id be able to act of her behalf. I cant recommend Blake enough for anything from this, to trusts, to estate planning, and more.

When my dear sister became ill suddenly, I was totally unprepared for everything that followed. The plethora of critical personal data and legal documents I needed, to take care of her, having to go in and out of the hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. We also needed to get her accepted into MediCal, which she qualified for. We needed to provide the backup evidence to prove she was qualified (including her divorce document from 40 years ago to prove she was not receiving alimony!). We also needed Power of Attorney, a Will, and Advance Directive documents prepared. By that point, I was completely overwhelmed. We were so relieved to find Blake Baxter. Esq., an attorney specializing in all facets of estate planning. We set up a meeting, Blake told us what to bring with us to start the process, and we began. Blake guided us every step of the way, telling us what was needed and where to get it, and I started to be able to breathe again. Not only is Blake an expert in his field, I he is a genuinely kind and truthful person. With his leadership and guidance, we just knew we were in good hands. In fact, my husband and I are now working with Blake to prepare our Estate Plan to protect our heirs from going through what we did, prior to engaging with Blake.
