Today I went there to pick up my dry clean clothes, after I found out it was very dirty, the man got so angry, and said that was the best he could do, when I asked refund, he took away my clothes and started to twist it into a mess and yelled to me to ask my card. When female partner tried to intervene, he went to the back of store and grab something and charged toward me. I had to grab my mess clothes and run for my life for safety. It was such a bad and life threatening situation that I had never had before, thinking about all the crazy things such as mass shot etc, I am so glad that I run away for safety. I did not find a way to upload photos of dirty and wrinkled clothes caused by the man, I wish there is a way in the future. Service: Couches/sofas
