      image After enduring many years or rudeness and apathy from the office staff, I was forced to move my policies elsewhere. Out of kindness, I offered to work directly with the agent in an effort to keep my business there. Even that simple request was incapable of being followed. Some issues I had here were:1. Unresponsive to emails2. Not responding to emails in a timely manner3. Not answering basic questions 4. Rudeness from office staff5. An altogether attitude of all personnel in this office that it is a great inconvenience to help.6. Ineffectual in all areasThere are many agents, I'm sorry I waited so long to move agents. No one should have to deal with these issues. A very poor all over business model.
