I have a baby almost starting to crawl and I was recommended by a neighbor to go with them as I was looking for a company to hardscape over my pool for the safety of my child. I waited a month to get an estimate from them for the work I needed done as they said they were short staffed, and when I called to remind them to email me the estimate (I called their company every day for a week and nobody would answer their phone), I got a reply from Robin who wrote Due to the number of projects we currently are working on and have signed additional work in the past few days, we have made the decision to not take on any additional projects at this time. When I rang her to tell her it was unfair of them to take on projects that came after my request since I had been waiting so long, she hastily agreed to finally send me an estimate. She was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional over the phone, which really took me aback as thats not how anyone should treat potential clients. The quote she finally sent me ended up being three times as expensive as two other companies that quoted me afterwards and told me it would probably not even match my current tile, and so in the end I am glad I didnt give them my business. I will not be recommending this company to anyone else in my neighborhood.

Can't say too many good things about Pro Earth. From concept to execution they were professional and thoughtful. Their employees were very considerate and walked us through the process steps the whole time. The office team was wonderful to work with. Vern has a great eye for detail and gave us something better than we could have imagined. Thank you guys for a great project.

I couldn't be happier with the experience I have had with Vern, Robin and the Pro Earth team.Through the entire experience I was listened to and cared for as if I was family. The end result was nothing less than awesome.  I have immense trust for Vern and his team and they have consistently delivered beyond my expectations.  Vern is a landscape artist.  He is creative and turned my vision into a beautiful reality.  I recommend Pro Earth highly!

I don't like giving negative reviews, but I can't stop thinking about this. I have a small patio and called ProEarth and told them this is a small job. I was assured that would be no problem.Vern came out on time. He appeared to be in a bad mood. I didn't take it personally thinking perhaps he didn't feel well. He did listen to my ideas about my patio and I even showed him another patio that I thought looked great. He expressed his dislike of my ideas and then he left saying I'd hear back from him with a quote.Later that day I got an email from the company telling me that Vern didn't have time to do a job that small.Vern, I strongly recommend letting your staff know that you are not interested in small jobs so that us unimportant people don't waste your time. I also recommend you get some professional help with whatever horrible thing is going on in your life.

I have only accolades in working with Vern and ProEarth.  We moved into a new house - nothing but dirt in front and back - large area and no experience with landscaping projects. I interviewed several companies, narrowed it down to ProEarth - called 15 of his referrals and few not provided. (given to me by our pool contractor who had done joint projects) ALL were 100% glowing reviews. With that, we hired ProEarth. It could not have been a more positive experience. Vern listened to what we wanted and provided excellent advice and creative solutions.  I love that he can adjust as we went along and found different more interesting and visually stunning approaches. As we are in a new development, everyone around me is landscaping...they have had such a different experience with rigid recalcitrant contractors unwilling to explore different options and solutions. So many friends have complained that the "plans" were the rigid rule and only one way to do things - strong opinions and no flexibility.  What I loved with Vern et al, is his creativity and flexibility.  It was FUN!  I went with him to pick out boulders, trees and plants...learned a lot along the way.   We are thrilled with hardscape, landscape, lighting and electrical...all aspects.  The work was always professional.  The crews fabulous - pleasant to have around, always cleaned thoroughly at the end of each day and respectful. The project completed on time despite some rainy setbacks and delay in paver delivery from manufacturer.  Office staff, Robin and Lisa - were always professional and responsive.  There was never a delay in return emails or calls to anyone.  We are thrilled!  And would hire them again in a second.
