Total Wine & More

I love total wine! Its one of my favorite places, I feel like a kid in a candy store Ive had a loyalty program with this company for a few years now. This location however, has the worst customer service Ive experienced. I was belittled, and made fun of at checkout, and given life advice from Robert that was unnecessary, and quite frankly none of his business. The manager came over and would not address me directly, but would only speak to the cashier to see how to help for checking our IDs! The man couldnt not read an ID from out of state, and continued to treat us like children when we are 26 years old. I will not be returning to this location!

TW is a beautiful, clean, professionally managed operation. Their wine selection seems really wide and deep (I'm not a wine expert), their Asian spirits section is way better than anything else in the area, their beer selection is a beer selection, I guess, but their spirits selection is heavily weighted to the same mass market products that you can find in Costco or any local supermarket. Good luck finding any bourbon not made by the top 3 giant whisky makers (each of which sells under way too many brand names, but they're all the same!). Good luck finding a rum that doesn't have a pirate on its label. It's sad, because most of their stores have so much shelf space that they could easily stock a huge variety of high quality spirits. Do we really need four shelves of Captain Morgan? I can buy Captain Morgan at Target and Walmart, lol. No, we don't! Do better, TW!
