Rob and Blue Sky were recommended to me by opposing counsel in a very contentious litigation matter. He was exemplary - prepared, concise, compassionate with my client, and he was able to settle the case. This was our third mediation overall and Rob got it done. Best mediator in San Diego. I've used Mr. Mougin on multiple PI, employment and construction defect cases. Some of them were very difficult and I had little hope that they would settle. They did. Mougin put in the extra time, was prepared, and he is very reasonably priced considering what other mediators / larger outfits have been charging over the years. I highly recommend him and Blue Sky.

Mediation is never a pleasure to go through, but working with Rob Mougin and Blue Sky most certainly is. I am not one to write reviews typically, but I felt compelled as we have now been before Rob on two mediations in the past year, and both with excellent results. One of the mediations was relating to a business/contract matter, and the other was related to an employment matter. In both instances, I was very impressed with how prepared Rob was - these were complex and emotional disputes, and Rob not only had clearly read all materials and exhibits that were provided to him in advance, but he was prepared for the personalities and emotions that were inherent in the disputes as well. These were not small disputes - they were heavily laden with both financial and emotional consequences, and Rob listened closely to all involved. He is truly a remarkable catalyst to bringing people together that otherwise were dead set on warring against one another for years to come. In both cases, we felt that a full resolution was next to impossible, but in both cases, Rob was able to get us to the finish line. He was thorough, committed to the process, and very empathetic to all involved. Truly impressive

We found our company suddenly (and in our opinion, unjustifiably) neck-deep in an emotionally and financially taxing dispute. A business contact of ours suggested mediating the issues before Rob Mougin at Blue Sky Mediation Center. Having never gone through a mediation before, we weren't sure what to expect, and we were admittedly skeptical that a complex multi-party dispute could be resolved in a single day of mediation. We are beyond overwhelmed by the amount of knowledge, experience, and empathy that Rob brought to our mediation together. He takes the time to make certain that everyone's side of the dispute is heard, and he really is an amazing listener! Rob showed during the mediation how much he actually cared about our predicament, and how invested he was in doing everything possible to help us all find a solution. At the end of the day, we had a full, final, and binding settlement crafted, and we were able to finally put this whole situation behind us. What an incredible relief! I would honestly give Rob Fifty stars on a scale of 10! It really was a great experience at Blue Sky!
