Dude pops up fixes the thing and then is gone. BOOM! Three times I've called Mr Plumb and three times the same thing. Gives you fair and open pricing before any work is done. Talks to you on the phone to see if he even needs to come over. BOOM! Call him. For the people leaving one stars you didn't even talk to him haha. You call him. If you can't reach him. Call him again. BOOM!

This business was recommended to me by a colleague. I called and left messages, but did not receive any acknowledgement.Busy or not, I would think it would be just common courtesy to respond to a potential customer.

Great service!  Super personable and professional!  We had a washing machine shutoff valve failure which required us to turn off the water to the whole house.  I sent a picture and he was here in 2 hours. He grabbed the right part on the way and fixed it in a snap - without cutting into any drywall.  For the record, ASI said they'd need to cut out significant pieces of drywall and quoted me a multiple of what Tom Plumb charged.

This is the second time I have used Tom Plumb services, he has earned every star. Tom shows up on time, pleasant and easy to work with, extremely efficient and charges fair pricing. He replaced a toilet for me and removed an old under-sink filtration system & faucet and replaced it with a new one. Tom did both projects in record time, and we were very pleased with the end results.  In addition he answered all my questions and gave me some useful tips.
