Our laundry has been using Washtek for a while now and this company is professional and acts fast(refund/service). They upgraded the laundry room with the CyclePay app. I can pay my loads from my phone, and this is so convenient! I recommend this company.

Ditto to those residents who say Washtek never returns your money. I have been living here 5 years and finally had to lay down the law with them on the phone. They are greedy. Just installed new washer/dryers that are not as good as the old ones and cost more money to dry your clothes. Just another disreputable company who will get away with greed because they can.  PS Our new dryer is already down, despite them working for an hour today to fix it.  We'll see if they return my 6 quarters.

these people are crooks!!!  they never ever return your money when their washing machines and dryers malfunction and take your hard earned money!!!making phone calls to the business is no good because they never return your calls and they never refund you back your lost money!!!these people are a complete and utter joke!!!they need to be our of business period!!!!!

Our apartments changed from Wash to Washtek about a year ago. Great customer service. If you report a machine out service, they come out the next business day.
