        Went on Christmas Eve to pick up a gift that I bought online. The order was pulled but they wouldnt let me take it because it didnt show in their system as paid. I had an email receipt and also showed the charge from my bank account, but they wanted me to purchase the item twice! It was extremely frustrating that due to a glitch in their system, I was not able to get the gift I purchased. The manager was very stupid and not able to function. I will not be back to this store.

        Beautiful store, helpful people. But when you have to wait in line when one person ahead of you is taking 15 minutes, it ruins the experience. All you have to do is call for someone else to help.

        I went with my partner this evening and the staff were rude and making comments ridiculing the number of items we were trying on across their headset systems. We will not be returning and are extremely disappointed that this is being tolerated.
