Without a doubt the best Dental Office I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. I wasn't actually sure what my dental insurance would and wouldn't cover but the receptionist behind the desk did a great job of contacting my insurance company and then following up with me and explaining everything. Dr. Hewitt-Smith is probably the best Dentist I've ever had to deal with. Before any work was done. She made sure that I understood clearly what she was going to do, the results of the procedure and would even telling me about the discomfort I'd experience even before hand. Which is always great to know! She was more than willing to answer the questions I had not only about what was being done but other oral hygiene questions too! She was extremely nice and attentive to my needs. She really wanted to make sure that I was in a comfortable environment. From providing headphones to warm neck wraps with a pleasant scent of lavender she really made sure that I was first and foremost comfortable before any work began. It also didn't stop there! Constantly during the procedure she was checking with me to make sure I was still comfortable and relaxed. I know there are a lot of Dental Offices in the general area but I implore you. Make an appointment here, even if just for a routine cleaning. You'll be so blown away by the service that you'll become a patient for life!

Such a gentle, wonderful dentist! Thorough and communicative. She will explain the options and lay them out for you without any pressure. Highly recommend.

Pam is an awesome dentist. She is caring and gentle and so are her staff. She makes patients feel comfortable and helps curb any painful procedures. I appreciate that she offers blankets and headphones as it makes my experience more comfortable and enjoyable. She cares a great deal about her patients and strives to make their experience great. And she succeeds. She is the only dentist I'd ever want to visit.

Pam has been my dentist for a long time. In fact, she just replaced a filling she originally put in 27 years ago! I would not go to any other dentist even if I had to travel a long distance to see her. I now live a 45-minute drive away, and I am happy to keep Pam as my dentist. I honestly enjoy coming to see her, whether for routine preventative work, or something more substantial. She does all the work herself - no hygienist - which means she is fully versed in every aspect of my dental health. She is so gentle and kind and considerate, that my dental health almost takes a backseat to the idea of just going to visit my good friend.

I cannot say enough good things about Pamela. She is in my eyes the best dentist you could ask for. She truly gives each patient her full attention and takes the time to explain each and every option available for any given dental issue. She is extremely gentle with her patients and goes out of her way to make sure they are comfortable. I recently had to get a root canal and I honestly fell asleep during the procedure. I walked out with my tooth fixed and energy from my power nap. She helped me conquer a unique dental issue and made me proud of my smile. I will always recommend her to any and everyone I meet. Her office is just the best!
