JulieRae is great! She helped me buy my house and, a few years later, sell it. She made the process as painless as it could be. My house looked amazing in the ads after she added some final touches and the house sold after the first weekend! She clearly knows the market and how to work it. I would highly recommend her.

Julie Rae is not only incredibly warm and welcoming but incredibly helpful and resourceful when it comes to selling houses. She took on our situation with great haste and had our house posted for sale within the first week of meeting my wife and me. She helped get our house cleaned and presentable for posting and showings within that first week. Within the first two weeks, she pulled in dozens of interested buyers to look at our house AND found someone to buy the house. She got our house contracted for sale and sold within the first month of contacting her. Her rates are fair and she genuinely cares about the people she's helping sell. I would HIGHLY recommend Julie Rae to anyone looking to sell their house.
