      image My mom is a senior who tries to get a room once a month for peace of mind. She went to this hotel and they took her whole deposit for one night. Said towels looked switched and bed looked moved
      She can barely walk, moving a bed is out of the question. She is so upset one night of independence and this has cost her an additional $125 to someone already on a fixed income..So horrible
