I had the absolute BEST experience with PATRICE over at Blue Horizon Management Company in Escondido. She was both quick with responses, emails and phone calls. She was always polite. Always eager to go the extra mile to help with any questions I had. And if she didnt have it, shed find it promptly and get back to me ASAP. This was my fianc and Id first time using a property management company, and she made it smooth sailing. Being pregnant, this time could have been extremely stressful, but she devoted her time to giving us the best experience I think we could have received. Thank you Patrice, and thank you to everyone else who would answer the phone with a warm welcome. Also, a thank you to the sir that would answer the phone with funny jokes to start your conversation. If you encounter him, you are most definitely talking to a person and not a voicemailso dont hang up!! :)

Super professional and above all they always try to help you in everything possible so that you can achieve the American dream of having the house of your dreams. In a few words, they are professional, hard-working and very friendly. I recommend them 100 percent.
