        Took my wife and daughter to shop. The store was a mess did not look organize, Not much of a selections either. What I hated the most was the customer service. Really need to work on training managers. I think that the person that gave me the attitude was the store manager. We left after that manager did not help us. You definitely not gonna get my money. Learn how to talk to customer and help customers out. We were looking for a size for pants my daughter as well as some items that she wanted and the lady just gave us an attitude at the end she didn't help me out she walked away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

        I walked in, minding my own business and a young female worker comes up to me and asks me if I'm looking for anything I particular and I responded with "No, I'm just looking, thank you". She then proceeds to watch me walk throughout the store, comes up to me and says "Rue 21 just started carrying plus size clothes, they're located in that corner". How RUDE. Honestly my feelings were very hurt. I called the store manager Susan and she said "she probably wasn't being intentional". Well, I think your employees should be a little more considerate and not so ignorant. Very disappointed in this store, won't be back!
