I bought a pair of Nikes for my son for school. When I bought the shoes I used their little forced self-serve kiosk and waited forever to be approached. It felt very 2023, in a bad way. The issue however are the shoes. He wore them to school three days. He did not wear them outside of school. They are "school only" shoes. The hemming is already falling apart and they won't do anything. I know for a fact you could exchange these for the same model shoe and return these to Nike as defective product. Literally maybe 12 collective hours in a kindergarten setting and they're falling apart and I'm stuck with them. Boooo.

If I could give no stars I would. First time gave them the benefit of the doubt, second time gave them benefit of the doubt third time I thought maybe it was me I needed to fix something when coming in like smile more than I already do and be more polite then I already am but a fourth time??? Its questionable. This isnt the first time this has happen and not the first time Ive encountered a bad experience at Fairfield Dicks and usually never write reviews but I asked for a shoe that they had it stated they had it online and I called previously to make sure they had the shoe. I went in asked for the shoe ready to pay for this shoe to give this company my money but the employee did not even check if they had it and just stated they did not have it. Mind you my partner right next to me just asked for the same shoe different color few minutes prior. I then order the shoe for pick up that same day and guess what they had the shoe and couldnt even pick it up
