I got balayage from Jessie and wow!! I brought my inspo picture and she said that she had another idea. I trusted her and Im glad that I did! Highly recommend trusting g her!!

Jessie Mae is SO GOOD with highlights. She really did an amazing job on my hair when I recently needed an entire hairstyle overhaul. She was quick, professional, and I left feeling like a million bucks! I dont do my hair very often, but am considering changing that because Ive had such positive experiences with her. I'm happy with my hair, I got 2 different service down with her and both time I was pleased with the results. she's a very nice person too.

I went to Jesse for haircut services for a wig I use due to health conditions. She was extremely nosey about my health condition, asked questions throughout the entire haircut about what was wrong with my health, to be honest it felt as though I disclosed more about my health to her than I ever have to my own doctor. As she performed the haircut, she accidentally kept lifting the wig off, as though she wanted to view my real hair underneath, and exposed it to the rest of the salon. It was a humiliating, humbling experience. I have never had any other stylists ask me so many invasive questions or attempt to peek underneath the wig. To top it off, the haircut was underwhelming. My first and last experience with hair by Jessie, needless to say I do not recommend. Edit: yes, this was the Jessie Mae in Fairfield, CA at the looking glass salon. I do not live in Washington. Update: I'm still a very happy client! Jessie is a color wizard. She's amazing, go see her! I was looking for a new hairstylist and found Jessie online when I was searching. I saw photos of her work and really liked them. I have been to Jessie twice now and love her work!! She listened to what I wanted and was able to give me what I have never been able get with numerous other hairdressers. I'm so impressed by her skills. She's personable and does an amazing job. I have dark hair and had red tones in it when I first saw her. I wanted dark roots with cool blond. She was able to give me awesome results first time around. I know it's nerve-racking to try someone new; do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Jessie; her talent will keep you coming back for more!!!
