I cannot recommend Teri enough! She helped me with everything in regards to selling my house. She handled painting, staging, landscaping, finding repair people and even getting a loan to pay for all of the above that would be paid off when the house sold. It looked so nice, I couldn't believe it was the same house! We got well over asking and it was in escrow within two weeks. I came home one day to find her doing landscaping in my front yard herself. She was there for handyman help and repair people when I couldn't be. She truly goes above and beyond. She will be my realtor forever.

Teri saved my butt. I was selling my property as is at a fair value without a realtor. The buyer had a realtor and the paperwork had some things that didnt match earlier verbal agreements. I was seeing more things that didnt look right. I almost walked away. However, I was referred to Teri who reviewed the situation in its entirety and provided ideas. With Teri now taking the lead, I felt more confident about the deal moving forward especially now that someone was looking out for me. Plus, one never realizes how much paperwork that results from a sell. I am grateful Teri was there to help me navigate the process. Good advice is to not go at it alone. Get a realtor get Teri.
